Two Wild Geese

Wild geese appear throughout Irish folklore as messengers between worlds, symbols of migration, instinct, and the changing seasons. Inspired by a single goose hidden within the ornamentation of the Book of Kells, this piece reimagines the ancient design as two sacred birds facing one another in quiet harmony.

On the reverse, the geese take flight — echoing the movement of wind, water, and the untamed spirit of the Celtic landscape.
