Three Hares - Legend & Folklore

In Celtic and medieval folklore, hares were sacred and mysterious creatures — shapeshifters believed to move between worlds and transform beneath the moon. The ancient symbol of the Three Hares represents sacred balance, eternal cycles, divine feminine energy, and the interconnected flow of life.

The motif later appeared throughout Celtic and Christian art, where the triad also came to symbolize harmony and the Holy Trinity.
