Celtic Crane

Cranes move gracefully through the folklore and mythology of Ireland — symbols of wisdom, transformation, vigilance, and the passage between worlds. Ancient stories tell of cranes dancing through mist-covered bogs and sacred landscapes long before recorded history.

After disappearing from Ireland for nearly 300 years, a nesting pair of cranes was recently discovered again in the wild — renewing hope that these legendary birds may once more return to the Irish landscape.
